口号 Campaign Slogan:
We must answer risk with uncertainty.
Manifesto:
1. What hasn’t worked: deliberation, calculation, fixing the variables. They always seem to translate into interest.
2. What if our logical parameters were wiped clean each time?
3. By doing so we shift interest into disinterest.
4. While this doesn’t guarantee a level playing field—nothing can be guaranteed—the game is rendered more interesting and more fun.
5. This is not a party of robots; opening up to the unknown is not about separating parents from their children.
6. It is a celebration of encounters, a political journey.
7. Questions: What does randomness promise us?
8. Can we really be random?
9. Do you randomly kill people?
10. Is this a dictatorship of the supercomputer?
11. Can’t these techniques be manipulated to legitimize the continuing brutal domination of elites?
12. Do we therefore live in constant fear and uncertainty?
13. We don’t want to establish a regime of the supercomputer, of technocracy.
14. The fact is, we already live in a risk society, but one in which managers try to control these risks to their gain through technologies, brute force and legal tricks.
15. The answer to our problems is not in putting all our faith in complicated equations.
16. Our means are simple, varied, adaptable, and they are not foolproof.
17. We negotiate outcomes with compassion.
18. We must answer risk with uncertainty.
19. Openness and some form of commitment to our given situations are what is needed.
20. Not a struggle to the top ethics, not a trickle down ethics, not a fetish of innovation, or prostration to an old set of laws, but a constant play of blind and blinking justice, and a movement out of comfort zones in all walks of life.
3. 这样我们就从利害转向了_________
